Damn this Credit Suisse corporate affairs person will be condemned by god and be a shame being a hongkong person. i was asking for access to a industry forum and i was trying to be nice and kept saying sorry for being late. she did that for me by fedex but then i tried get into the cocktail session she replied me by saying it's "impossible" . this feels like i'm begging her and under no circumstances she should not have treated me this way although work for this unknown publication. what if i work for bloomberg would she say it's impossible? hong kong people are really rude.
am watching a taiwanese call-in show and a caller was waiting for really long but when the host picked up the call she actually said "i'm sorry that i kept you waiting." This is taiwanese and this is basic respect to others, no matter who you are and who you are speaking with. unfortunately i don't think i can see this in hk. if this happened in hk the host is deemed to think they are superior and it's your own issue if you chose to wait and i was not under any obligation to say sorry. many radio hosts actually cut off callers. why are hk people so cheap.
