Taiwan First Lady found corrupt

Taiwan prosecutors has filed corruption charges against Taiwan first lady Wu Shu-chen along with other close aids of President Chen Shui-bian. Wu was alleged to have embezzled government fund through "special state affairs budget". Taiwan has entered another round of political uncertainty with opposition party leaders calling on Chen to step down immediately and some members of pro-government parties turning their back against him on the eve of a third impeachment process in the legislature. The filing of charges stems from a case involving Chen and his possible underdocumented use of funds from a special state affairs budget
